These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Azure Mastery application ("the App"), developed and maintained by Azure Mastery ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Azure Mastery is an independent study tool for Microsoft Azure certification exams. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. All Microsoft trademarks belong to Microsoft.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.

Microsoft, Azure, and all related certification names (including AZ-104, AZ-900, and others) are trademarks or registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Azure Mastery is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft.
Exam content in the App is based on publicly available exam objectives and is authored independently. It does not contain actual exam questions from Microsoft.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
All content in the App — including questions, explanations, study materials, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of Azure Mastery, except where otherwise noted. You may not:

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Azure Mastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or failure to pass a certification exam.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
